- Getting There

Kangaroo Island (KI) is located about 120 km south of Adelaide and is accessible by air or ferry.

The Island is about 160km long and 60km wide and covers 4,500 square kilometers. Kangaroo Island has 19 National and Conservation Parks and 5 Wilderness Protection Areas and is a haven for many flora and fauna species.

The Lookout is located about 10 km east of Penneshaw and has splendid views across Backstairs Passage back to the mainland.

Turn right into Willoughby Road just as you are leaving Penneshaw and stay on that road until you come to the junction of Ian and Willoughby road. Turn into Ian Road and The Lookout entrance is only a few meters along Ian road.

The property is about 1.5 hectares (3.75 acres) in size.


Getting to the Island

Visitors can either fly into Kingscote with Rex Airlines or travel by Sealink Ferry to Penneshaw.

Bus connections between Adelaide and the ferry are available.

The Lookout is only 10 kms from the ferry terminal.
